Q: I would like a fruit machine for my house -
do I need a licence for this?

When buying a machine for home use there is no licence required. All we
ask is that you sign a disclaimer saying that you have bought the machine
for operation within your own home. Further details can be found from

Q: What Jackpot Options are available?

Most machines can be switched quite simply between jackpots - however not
every machine is available on every jackpot. Our sales team will be pleased
to advise you on jackpot options for machines you have selected?





Q: Do prices include delivery?

As a general rule prices on the website do not include VAT and delivery,
however our stocks change on a daily basis and so prices should only be
used as a guide. Where possible we try to make delivery costs as nominal
as possible. Remember if you live locally you can always collect your
machine (most machines fit into an estate car or small van).






Q: What size are machines?

Machine sizes vary, but as a guide a minimum area for a fruit machine is
approx. 2.5' x 2.5'. Pool tables need space in which to play, with a 6' table
needing 14' x 11'and a 7' table needing 15' x 12'. A standard pinball table
is 4.5' x 2.5'





Q: What condition are machines supplied in?

At Regal we pride ourselves on supplying the highest quality of new or
pre-loved machines. Before despatch all machines are comprehensively
serviced in our workshop, with checks including; Coin acceptance, payout,
reels, switches, lamps, cabinet and sound. They are also valeted to ensure
they are delivered to you in their original glory.





Q: What happens if my machine breaks?

With our hands on our hearts we can say that our customers very rarely
suffer any problems with their machines - however if they do we endeavour
to help them rectify the problem as soon as possible.





Q: Do you fix machines or sell spares?

Primarily we are a distribution company, however if you have a problem
with a machine please call us and we may be able to help.





Q: Can you find a machine not listed on your website?

Absolutely, our sales team pride ourselves on being able to source
machines at very competitive rates - please call us with any enquiry you
may have, we thrive on the challenge.





Q: Can I come and look at machines?

Of course. Our showroom is open to the public and our friendly staff will be
pleased to advise on all machines. You can also speak to our specialised
engineers who will give you any further advice you may need.

Q: Do I need to put a lot of money into the machine for it
to work?

Fruit machines vary depending on the jackpots. Generally floats for fruit
machines are as follows: £5 jackpot needs £10; £10 jackpot needs
£20; £25 jackpot needs £40.





Q: Can I put the machine in my take-away/shop to make
some extra cash?

Operating machines for public use is complicated requiring permits
and licences, however if done correctly it can be very lucrative. Please

Q: Can I change the payout percentage on my machines?

Changing the payouts on machines is a relatively simple process. We will
set the payout to your requirements when you order and will be pleased to
help you change it if you decide to.






Q: Can I rent a machine for a party?

Yes. Many people rent juke boxes, video games and pool tables for
private or corporate events. Check out the

Q: I have a machine but would like to change it - can I trade
my old one in?

We welcome part exchanges and enjoy helping our customers improve
their collections.





Q: I have a games room and would like to purchase a number
of machines - do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Of course! If you have purchased machines regularly over a period of time
or need to buy a number of machines together then we be able to offer a
fantastic deal.
